Fur Life Vet Bunbury is a well-established hospital and team that provides a high standard of medical and surgical knowledge and treatment to our small animal and equine patients in a friendly, compassionate hospital environment.

About the Position:
We are looking for a full-time, experienced veterinary nurse to complement our team. The ideal candidate will have equine handling skills and companion animal nursing skills.
This is a hands-on nursing role for an experienced nurse; you will need to have the skill set and confidence to place IV catheters, set up fluids, monitor anesthetics to a high standard, perform nurse consults, do basic pathology and assist in the equine side of our veterinary clinic.
About You:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary Technician Degree is essential
- 2+ years' experience in a busy practice. Well-rounded nursing skills and experience with training and mentoring other clinical staff
- Registered Veterinary Nurses are highly regarded.
- Commitment to promoting a positive workplace culture and continuing to improve and grow our clinic.
- Equine handling skills and experience.
