Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our care team at Opal HealthCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their personal care needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. You will work closely with our Registered Nurses and Senior Management team to provide comprehensive care that meets the individual needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with their activities of daily living, including eating, toileting, and mobility
- Document resident information accurately and concisely in care planning
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent required
- RN & EN students welcome to apply
- Ability to work under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance
