
Senior Leadership Position in Hospitality Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of achieving set financial targets, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the achievement of set financial targets by effectively managing resources, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
- Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming ambiance and appearance that meets our high standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Craft and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and events that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality management, preferably with a strong background in leadership and team management.
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Food Handlers Certificate.
- TAB Compliance.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a positive work environment.
- An energetic and positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
