  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of achieving set financial targets, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the achievement of set financial targets by effectively managing resources, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming ambiance and appearance that meets our high standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Craft and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and events that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hospitality management, preferably with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Food Handlers Certificate.
  • TAB Compliance.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a positive work environment.
  • An energetic and positive attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
