The role of Associate Professor in Nursing at a leading institution offers an opportunity to lead teaching teams in the development of innovative curriculum design. This will inform units/courses and materials that influence teaching across disciplines within the higher education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the review and refinement of units and courses, integrating industry, clinical and/or research practices to inform unit/course design across disciplines in peer institutions or nationally.
- Develop and deliver learner-centric, research-informed teaching practices across different levels/modes of delivery.
- Support the development and promotion of strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and facilitate collaboration on research initiatives.
- Recruit and supervise HDR students with timely completions and productive, high-quality outcomes.
- Registered with the relevant nursing regulatory body as a registered nurse.
- PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Distinguished scholarly learning and teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including innovative curriculum design.
- Internationally recognised research reputation underpinned by publications in high-quality journals.
- Demonstrated success and passion for leadership of teaching, research and/or administration.
