Product Manager Role Overview

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of Guardian Aftermarket Products, collaborating with global teams to understand customer needs and drive product strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, championing features and services delivered.
  • Act as primary contact for key partners and clients to achieve strategic goals.
  • Represent products at industry events and conferences, aligning efforts with sales strategies.
  • Partner with sales management on initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Prioritize customer needs and provide guidance to the global In-Vehicle team.
  • Coordinate with project management to drive product market introductions.
  • Develop compelling business cases that support profitability.

About You

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years in product management (hardware, firmware, or software).
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC process.
  • Commitment to client needs and strong customer communication skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Curiosity-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills and relationship management.
