About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our product and pricing strategy in delivering our retail markets goals.

Reporting to the Head of Customer & Commercial Strategy, you will define our product and pricing approach as it relates to our overall retail markets strategy.

You will be responsible for shaping priority initiatives and activities required to achieve business objectives, working with key stakeholders throughout the year to provide commercial guidance and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy and discovery work on upcoming acquisition and retention initiatives, identifying strategic opportunities for product acquisition and retention
  • Regularly review and revise the product strategy based on changes to metrics, competitors, regulations and/or the industry more broadly
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach to the product strategy and narrative
  • Support the creation and implementation of our new energy product roadmap, prioritising opportunities for short-term and long-term focus
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with potential partners and the broader industry
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree-level qualification in commerce, economics, accounting or other relevant numeric discipline
  • Extensive analytical, consulting and/or strategy experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and project management skills
  • The ability to identify strategic needs, leading to sound business recommendations and stakeholder alignment
  • An understanding of accounting, finance, regulatory and legal principles
