Company Overview: Regency Showerscreens & Wardrobes is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to operate from our Bendigo office. This role offers the freedom to manage your schedule while specializing in wardrobes, shower screens, mirrors, and splashbacks, making Regency a leader in the industry.

Role Overview: Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position involves nurturing existing client relationships and generating new sales within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders from builders, conduct site measurements, and order necessary Regency products.
  • Travel to customer building sites for consultations and measurements.
  • Utilize company software to create product orders and maintain customer records in a CRM system.
  • Advise clients on suitable Regency products tailored to their needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of trade and retail customers.
  • Develop new customer relationships to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Become a product expert to provide accurate advice to customers.
  • Contribute to business growth in the Bendigo area and surrounding regions.
  • Collaborate effectively with installation, administration, logistics, and factory teams.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being part of a successful team.
  • Proven experience in a trade-related or sales role.
  • Willingness to enhance technical product knowledge and industry standards.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
