The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Snooze Bendigo. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and delivering expert sleep solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored bedroom solutions
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Assisting with warehouse operations, including unloading and loading trucks, and moving stock around the warehouse and showroom
  • Providing expert advice on bedroom solutions and products
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in selling big ticket items
  • Positive can-do attitude, presentable, and customer-centric behaviors
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Ability to use a computer
  • Necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
