Antenna Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned marketing expert to drive global antenna initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IoT antenna marketing, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for embedded, external, and combo antennas.
  2. Identify new markets, customer segments, and use cases for antenna products.
  3. Develop compelling value propositions, segment positioning, and messaging.
  4. Create targeted promotional content and marketing campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with product management, field application engineering, sales, and regional marketing teams.
  6. Promote thought leadership through white papers, case studies, webinars, and industry event participation.
  7. Maintain market trend awareness, customer feedback, and competitive activity monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing within the antenna industry.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.
  • In-depth understanding of antenna technologies, applications, and key markets.
