Senior Legal Operations Lead

The Senior Legal Operations Lead will drive strategic initiatives and shape the organization's legal direction. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this key member of the Legal Leadership Team will oversee the implementation of legal technology solutions and champion workflow automation initiatives.

This role is responsible for managing a team that integrates legal technology, AI compliance, and workflow automation across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal operations, experience with legal technology platforms, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the implementation of legal technology solutions to equip the legal function with efficient tools and platforms.
  • Champion workflow automation initiatives to streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity.
  • Manage and mentor the legal operations team, ensuring alignment with global objectives and optimizing team performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure smooth and efficient enterprise sales contracting.

  • Strong background in legal operations with a focus on technology implementation and process automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with General Counsel and senior leadership in developing and executing legal strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
