Food and Beverage Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team across multiple outlets.

The successful applicant will be the driving force behind our dining experiences, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service, and a motivated team ready to deliver memorable moments for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and hold the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Set the standard for service excellence and be an operationally savvy supervisor.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across various food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve their best and foster a positive work environment.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and enforcing policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Feedback Management: Proactively address feedback from guests and staff to continuously improve service.

The successful applicant will have proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. They must also hold current RSA and Food Handlers certificates and have a solid understanding of liquor licensing and OH&S regulations.
