Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and productivity in our Chermside store. You will work closely with the Manager to achieve business objectives and create a warm and genuine customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture and create a meaningful in-store experience
  • Assist in achieving sales, profit, and productivity targets
  • Support the Manager in ensuring the team understands business objectives and commercial acumen
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
  • Adhere to company behaviors, policies, and procedures
Attributes We're Looking For:
  • A passion for the retail industry and exceptional service skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Support the Manager in managing team performance, productivity, training, and development
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
