
Nuclear Enterprise Strategic Leader

At the forefront of nuclear operations, we are seeking an accomplished Nuclear Enterprise Strategic Leader to drive our global initiatives forward. As a trusted partner to military customers, our Global Security group provides live, virtual, constructive (LVC) solutions; fleet sustainment; and nuclear and environmental expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance nuclear enterprise operations and technological advancements.
- Oversee compliance with national and international nuclear regulations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency in nuclear facility management.
- Foster collaboration with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in nuclear energy, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for nuclear operations.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, forums, and key policy discussions.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior professionals and technical experts.
- 10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant progressive experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the nuclear industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of nuclear energy systems, regulatory compliance, risk management, and enterprise-level strategic planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex industry challenges.
- 20 years' experience in the nuclear eco system.
- Professional certifications related to nuclear safety and regulatory compliance are preferred.
