Job Overview

This strategic leadership role oversees nuclear enterprise operations, driving innovation and excellence in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of nuclear technologies, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership, with a proven track record of improving safety and efficiency while fostering industry partnerships.

They will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, optimize processes, and improve efficiency in nuclear facility management.

Additionally, they will foster collaboration with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders, drive innovation in nuclear energy, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives, and manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for nuclear operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nuclear enterprise operations and technological advancements.
  • Oversee compliance with national and international nuclear regulations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency in nuclear facility management.
  • Foster collaboration with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation in nuclear energy, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for nuclear operations.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, forums, and key policy discussions.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior professionals and technical experts.

Requirements:

  • 10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant progressive experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in the nuclear industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of nuclear energy systems, regulatory compliance, risk management, and enterprise-level strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex industry challenges.
  • Professional certifications related to nuclear safety and regulatory compliance are preferred.
