Nuclear Program Manager role involves overseeing and managing nuclear projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing engineering processes, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

This position will be located in Stirling, Western Australia or Canberra, ACT. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and technical leadership to ensure successful execution of nuclear-related initiatives.
  • Liaising with regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to nuclear safety and environmental regulations.
  • Providing expert guidance on nuclear engineering principles, safety procedures, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and research institutions.
  • Identifying and addressing potential risks in nuclear operations to enhance safety and performance.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of relevant progressive experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proven leadership in nuclear programs with demonstrated expertise in reactor operations, nuclear fuel systems, or radiation safety.
