About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support operational improvements for our General Insurance business units.

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and be part of a team that prides itself on providing support and flexibility in its working environment.

As an Operations Specialist, you will provide operational support to the broader claims team when required around process and system issues, assisting the business unit in being an intermediary between other key business units - IT, Actuarial & Claims, Legal, Finance and Marketing as required.

  • You will have worked in an operational role before, or have a background in general insurance claims with experience in improving processes or UAT testing.

Suitable candidates will possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Insurance industry either in operations or in a claims team.
  • Knowledge of claims systems (preferably General Insurance).
  • UAT testing.
  • Process Improvements.
  • Sound business, financial and market acumen awareness/understanding.
