About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to partner with our Project Manager and provide expert advice and hands-on support to sponsors, business owners, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead stakeholder engagement and manage the people impacts of change, conduct change impact assessments and readiness reviews, develop and deliver change strategies and plans, and support transition to business-as-usual.

Key Responsibilities:
