Job Opportunity

This demanding position involves contributing to supply chain and operational excellence, partnering with leaders to drive enhancements.

As a Supply Chain Excellence Specialist, you will collaborate with business leaders to support, guide and drive supply chain improvement activities. This includes process optimisation, lean deployment programs, and adopting new supply chain technologies.

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organisation, focusing on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with supply chain leads and process owners to drive functional process improvements.
  • Develop and deploy standardised Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Implement lean and 6S principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyse business processes and implement world-class processes.
  • Train and support team members in extending improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and oversee transformational projects across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control and technical work procedures.
  • Maintain ISO 9001:2008 compliance.
  • Drive change initiatives and support the change management process.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Operations & Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing processes and driving process improvement.
  • Project Management experience.
  • SAP experience.
  • Lean six sigma certification.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a related industry, leadership and stakeholder management skills, and experience working in operations and supply chain.
