Science Curriculum Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Science educator to lead and manage the effective operation of our Secondary Campus' designated Learning Area of Science.

A key focus of this role is ensuring the delivery of a Christ-centred, developmentally appropriate Science curriculum from Years 7–12, grounded in a Reformed worldview.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the College's curriculum design and implementation across all Science subject areas, ensuring alignment with the curriculum framework and our mission. They will foster consistent and coherent learning experiences that promote skill development, integration across disciplines, and the use of diverse teaching strategies.

This role involves supervising and supporting teachers through professional development, performance management, and curriculum planning. The successful candidate will also monitor classroom delivery to ensure high standards of teaching, assessment, and reporting, while encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

This position includes contributing to College-wide initiatives, participating in Curriculum Team meetings, and leading Learning Area contributions to strategic and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:
