Are you passionate about working with children and eager to make a lasting impact on their growth and development? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Childcare Educator to join our vibrant team

In this role, you will create and lead engaging, play-based learning activities for children aged 6 months to 5 years. You will foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Welcome to Great Beginnings Gosnells, where every child's journey begins with excitement Conveniently located for families in Gosnells, Huntingdale, Maddington, and Thornlie, our daycare and early learning centre is ideal for your little one. We offer exceptional long day care and a dynamic kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with extended hours to fit busy family schedules. Our centre caters for up to 99 children with operating hours from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.

About You – What You Bring to the Team

You are more than qualified—you're passionate, motivated, and eager to make a real difference. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Diploma Qualified
    You hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) and are confident in your skills.
  • Framework-Savvy
    You understand the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), and know how to bring them to life engagingly.
  • Experience with Young Children
    You have worked in early learning environments with children aged 0–5 and know how to create safe, supportive, and playful spaces.
  • Great Communicator
    Your verbal and written communication skills shine, whether engaging with families, team members, or documenting learning.
  • Safety Ready
    You have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training).
