This role is for someone who can support car and home insurance customers throughout the entire claims process, from initial notification to resolution, with a focus on ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering information related to customer loss notifications to ensure accurate capture of claims for the next step in the claims process
  • Questioning circumstances of incidents to make correct liability decisions
  • Exploring options to settle claims on the first contact where appropriate
  • Securing services for customers, including repair, mobility, and salvage options, through dedicated suppliers
  • Managing existing claims queries from customers, third parties, and suppliers to ensure efficient progress of the claim
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction, upholding consumer duty responsibilities and doing the right thing for the customer
Requirements
  • Customer Service experience
  • Target-driven with experience working to KPIs in a busy environment and ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to make decisions based on presented information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, listening and empathy skills
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and finding the best outcome for customers
