Global Education Partner Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Global Education Partner Relationship Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global institutions, driving the delivery of our solution to Small-to-Medium (SMB) partner institutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing scalable strategies to continuously improve and expand client engagement, retaining and maximizing the value of these partnerships.

About the Role

This role involves utilizing data to understand client profiles, needs, and goals, ensuring Flywire products and services are helping clients achieve success. The specialist will also execute efficient strategies to increase Flywire's effectiveness on campus while providing accurate and timely issue resolution.

  • Client Profiling and Needs Assessment: Utilize data to understand client profiles, needs, and goals.
  • Strategic Account Management: Execute scalable strategies to retain and maximize client relationships.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide timely and accurate issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction.

The specialist will also collaborate with the Sales team to close new product opportunities, identify new revenue streams, and support the execution of new client onboardings and product deployments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Experience: 2+ years managing client/customer relationships, success, and/or support.
  • Certifications: CEFR minimum level of C1 in English & Japanese.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emotional intelligence, change management skills, and problem-solving skills.
