We are seeking a results-driven Global Relationship Manager to join our team.

Job Description

As a Global Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and executing solutions to Small-to-Medium (SMB) partner institutions. Your goal will be to continuously improve and expand client engagement, retention, and maximize the value of these partnerships.

  • You will utilize data to understand client profiles, needs, and goals, ensuring our products and services help clients succeed.
  • Develop scalable, efficient strategies to increase our effectiveness on campus while providing accurate and timely issue resolution.
  • Effectively communicate with client stakeholders through targeted campaigns and direct engagement, aligning with our long-term strategy.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • In partnership with the Sales team, ensure clients understand the additional success that can be achieved with our further offerings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing client/customer relationships, success, and/or support.
  • Proficiency in English & Japanese.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and change management skills.
  • An engaging, personable, and confident presenter.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Accountability, proactivity, and persistence.
