About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Food and Beverage Attendants in various exclusive outlets within our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere">
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently">
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner">
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section">
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas">
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions">
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy">
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns">
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations">
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations">
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials">
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed">

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent">
  • Food handling certification (required)">
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (required)">
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred)">
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude">
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings">
  • Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems">
  • Accurate cash handling abilities">
  • Exceptional multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment">
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting">
  • Strong verbal communication skills">
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays">
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays">
