Job Description\
We are seeking an experienced Overnight Food Server to join our team. As a key member of the hotel's food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests.\\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare and present food and beverage orders on trolleys and trays, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with in-room dining requests and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, health, and hotel standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications\
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Food Safety Certification is required, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Physical ability to lift trays, push carts, and be on your feet throughout the shift.
