Experience the Art of Fine Dining as a Service Ambassador

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Attendants. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
  3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas
  4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
  5. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  6. Process payments and operate POS systems

Requirements:

  1. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  3. A team player with a strong work ethic is necessary
  4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential
  5. Availability to work over a 7-day rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays is required
  6. A current RSA certificate is preferred
