We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dining Service Ambassador.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing exceptional service, and being part of a dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized menu recommendations and take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team to address guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Foster a positive work culture by embodying the company's values and leading by example
Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike
  • An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry, with a solid understanding of point-of-sale systems and a valid RSA certification
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to supporting the team in achieving its goals
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
