Job Title: Field Service TechnicianAbout the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading data center and power infrastructure provider as a skilled technician, ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commissioning, service contract maintenance, and after-hours service commitments in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining effective relationships between our company and our valued customers.
  • Ensuring all complaints are reported promptly so that remedial action can be taken.
  • Developing and maintaining technical competence through available training and personal updating.
  • Presentable vehicle, personal dress, and appearance at all times.
Requirements:
  • A relevant electrical trade certificate (ideally)
  • A commercial acumen and financial management understanding
  • Technical knowledge in data centers, telecom, commercial & industrial or similar industries
  • Proven track record within the power industry as a field service technician
