About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as an Educational Support Coordinator. In this role, you will provide specialized administrative support for the School of Arts and Humanities, contributing to the day-to-day functioning of the school.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support teaching and learning processes within a higher education context, utilizing your knowledge and experience to identify problems and generate solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with academic and professional colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Use your exceptional communication skills to interact with students, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective information exchange and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and data management systems, guaranteeing efficient access to critical information.
  • Assist with other general administrative work in the school, including contracts, human resource management, and financial processes.

Your Qualifications and Skills



  • 3+ years of experience in supporting teaching and learning processes within a higher education context.
  • Proven ability to use initiative to identify problems, think creatively about their resolution, and create solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products, with expertise in word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and data management.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as educational administration, business, or social sciences.
  • A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
