About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Ngala Community Services. In this ongoing full-time role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the early educational experiences of young learners, working closely with our Early Childhood Teacher to nurture children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth in a play-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire learning and development.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels excited to learn and grow.
  • Build strong connections with children and their families, supporting their educational journey every step of the way.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to plan and coordinate engaging lessons and activities.
  • Monitor each child's progress, offering feedback and support where needed.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
  • A strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A true team player with a passion for working with young children.
  • Valid WA Working with Children's Check.
  • National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
