Job Title: Technical Business Solutions Analyst

This role involves developing technical user guides, reference materials and process documentation for a wholesale broadband access network.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT with strong foundational knowledge of core information technology concepts and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop post-implementation documentation covering as-built documentation for implemented solutions, control gap closure assessments, and configuration documentation like access control policies and security rules applied during implementation.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to support validation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams.
  • Develop technical user guides and reference materials for a technical audience.

Requirements:
