Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Educational Programs

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver exceptional educational programs in their own room. This role requires collaboration with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging learning experiences.
  • Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
