Job Overview

The Educational Leader role offers a unique opportunity for dedicated professionals to make a lasting impact on children's lives.

This position supports the success and professional growth of educators, while collaborating with leadership teams to drive transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

As an Educational Leader, you will work closely with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children, deepening their understanding of child development and early years content, and guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

This position requires strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as relevant qualifications and experience leading change in education.
