Early Learning Program Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our educational programs at Busy Bees. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the learning journey of our children and supporting their growth and development.

Our dedicated team of educators work closely with families, children, and the local community to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver innovative and engaging programs that meet the developmental needs of all children
- Design and evaluate programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, including additional learning or behavioural support
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Current and valid Working with Children Check/Blue Card
- First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator, Room Leader, or similar role
- Ability to support children with diverse needs, including additional learning or behavioural support
- Collaborative approach to working with educators, support staff, and allied professionals
