**Job Title: Store Manager**

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our client's fast-paced retail business. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Lead and Coach Your Team**: Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to your team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • **Drive Sales Growth**: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • **Business Planning and Execution**: Collaborate with the management team to set business objectives, develop plans, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • **High Volume Experience**: Manage a high-volume store environment, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • **2 Years Store Management Experience**: Proven track record of leading a store team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • **Sales Forecasting and Business Financials**: Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, with a strong understanding of retail business operations.
  • **OHS and P&L Understanding**: Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
  • **Self-Motivated and Time Management**: Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
