About the Role

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Officer to join our team at our Ipswich location. As a Support Officer, you will play a vital role in facilitating access to employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to generate and optimize employment opportunities for job seekers.
  • Provide personalized support to clients, maximizing workplace integration and job stability.
  • Coach and inspire job seekers to reach their employment goals, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing, recruitment, and job matching.
  • Collaborate with businesses in the local community to build key partnerships and drive quality outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including holding a valid C class driving license and obtaining Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, recruitment, and job matching, preferably within the disability sector.
  • 'Can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fun environment.
  • Experience and knowledge with Mental Health would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and problem solve.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to our values and helping others succeed.
