This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key support member of our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering clients from diverse backgrounds.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Provide exceptional greeting services to clients, attend to counter and telephone enquiries, and ensure timely responses to client needs.
- Administration Support: Undertake general administration duties including booking appointments, processing claims, data entry, and generating monthly reports.
- Cultural Competency: Liaise extensively with clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
- Technical Support: Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.
- Clinical Assistance: Assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to accept responsibility and take ownership of your work.
- Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and some exposure or working knowledge of mobile technology (both Apple and/or Android applications).
