Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of safety professionals and developing a comprehensive safety management system across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and implement safety improvement programs within the regions
  • Support and maintain company certification to international standards through external audits
  • Build relationships with clients to demonstrate how our operations manage risks and add value to their business
  • Analyze safety performance metrics to identify improvement areas and report regularly to the business

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in safe operations and influencing senior leaders
  • Experience implementing and monitoring health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) programs in a multi-service environment
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field and/or Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, including subcontractors and clients
  • Qualifications in ICAM investigations and root cause analysis preferred
