Operational Risk Management Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our business's operational risk management strategy.
This key position will serve as the primary advisor on risk and compliance for our Customer & Business Assist team, guiding decisions that protect our customers and business by building practical controls and helping teams understand risk in everyday operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding a culture of integrity, supporting change and projects, and building trust across the organization while keeping risk management relevant, simple, and fit for purpose.
This is a permanent full-time role with flexible working arrangements based in Adelaide.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices
- Proven track record of successfully managing and mitigating operational risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment
