Sr. Manager Assurance and Oversight
Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our assurance team, driving business resilience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead, plan, and execute assurance reviews of business operations through structured review processes.
- Develop and execute against a risk-based assurance plan, creating capacity for targeted reviews as required.
- Provide insightful assurance reports with clear actions and recommendations to contribute to the uplift in business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver non-financial risk reporting to stakeholders as required.
- Proven assurance experience in developing and executing against an assurance plan.
- Extensive experience in a similar operational and compliance role in banking or professional services.
- Technical knowledge and experience in non-financial risk disciplines, including operational risk, compliance, business continuity, policy, framework, project risk, and IT/data risk.
- Ability to develop strategic solutions, demonstrating a pragmatic approach to implementing and advancing business risk management frameworks.
- Proven project management and change management expertise.
- Experience in reviewing complex risk issues and root cause analysis.
- Sound negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
