As a Strategic Business Improvement Leader, you will be at the centre of innovation—working alongside clinical leaders, digital health experts, and statewide collaborators to improve how palliative care is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead business improvement initiatives, analysing data, refining digital tools, and mentoring staff in the use of business intelligence platforms.
- Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and service redesign, ensuring that every initiative supports better outcomes for patients and clinicians.
- Guide change, shape new models of care, or support digital transformation, helping build a more connected, efficient, and compassionate health service.
Our region covers approximately 90,000 square kilometres across Southeast Queensland. We deliver frontline health services across our 30 facilities and care for nearly 300,000 people.
