Business Leader Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and talented business leader to join our team at our retail store in Toowoomba.

We are looking for an experienced leader who has a proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving outstanding customer satisfaction ratings.

  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to drive results and improve processes
  • Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business
  • Effective communication and motivational techniques to guide your team
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency
  • Understanding of Rostering and ability to Train new staff
  • Drive, commitment and resilience to do what it takes to grow a new business
Your Key Responsibilities

As a Business Leader, you will have a number of key responsibilities including:

  • Managing a team of retail professionals
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Improving customer satisfaction ratings
  • Driving business growth through effective leadership and process improvement

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to drive business success, sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize store performance and profitability.
