Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate records, including contractor sign-in and key register management
  • Developing and managing contact lists for key stakeholders
  • Booking travel arrangements for staff members
  • Coordinating communication with tenants regarding public liability insurance collection and ensuring timely receipt of payments
  • Updating information in our property management system
  • Arranging contractors for repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Processing monthly rent rolls and ad-hoc charges to tenants, including uploading supporting documentation
  • Distributing memos to tenants as required
  • Participating in emergency response training programs and assisting with crisis management situations
  • Coordinating emergency evacuation procedures and other crisis management scenarios
  • Managing public liability incidents and document control within our system
  • Raising purchase orders as directed and maintaining an up-to-date purchase order summary
  • Processing accounts payable invoices

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in property management or a related field. It also presents an opportunity for those looking to transition into a property environment from a Junior Office Coordinator or Customer Service Manager position.
