Job Title: Senior Property CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced property coordinator to join our team. As a senior property coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties across Sydney.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with trade contractors and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications and building standards.
  • Monitor and control the work of subcontractors, including performance monitoring and recommendations for work allocation.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
About You:
  • You hold a trade qualification and have experience working in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You have intermediate computer skills and are proficient in using iPads.
  • You hold a current driver's license and a white card.
