Job Description:

The Business Practice Improvement Officer plays a pivotal role in monitoring and enhancing the quality of health activity data collected within Rockhampton Hospital and peripheral sites. This position is responsible for reviewing processes to ensure accurate and reliable information is reported, aligning with statewide Palliative Care and Oncology Key Performance Indicator requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review health activity data
  • Improve data collection processes
  • Ensure compliance with key performance indicators
Required Skills and Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following skills would be highly regarded:

  • Experience in statewide information management systems
  • Proficiency in using Power BI
  • Project management expertise
  • Business analytics and information system management experience
