Job Title

A dedicated professional is required to join our team as a Trade Counter Assistant. In this role, you will be working with engineers and project managers to provide them with the products they need to maintain essential services.

  • You will be providing customer service and information about products.
  • Providing quotes both in person and over the phone.
  • Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
  • Helping keep the branch tidy and safe.
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
About The Role

This is an entry-level position that involves interacting with customers on a daily basis. As part of the Trade Counter team, you will be responsible for maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring information provided is accurate.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone. You should also be able to use a computer and be happy to learn new systems.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Ability to work with customers in person and over the phone.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Clean valid driver's license.
  • Availability to work various shifts including weekends.
