Trade Counter Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Trade Counter Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople.

Your tasks will include providing product information, quoting prices, and ensuring the smooth running of the branch.

About the Role
  • Provide expert advice on plumbing products to customers in person and over the phone
  • Process orders efficiently and maintain shop floor displays
  • Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
  • Maintain a tidy and safe branch environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using a computer and willingness to learn new systems
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts
