Job Title: Trade Counter Support Specialist

 

About the Role

As a Trade Counter Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting plumbers and other tradespeople with their building and renovation projects. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering product inquiries, and undertaking various tasks to maintain a well-organized branch.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Pick, pack, and manage stock control activities efficiently.
  • Ensure the branch remains tidy and safe for employees and customers.
  • Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

 

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual with previous experience in retail sales or customer service who enjoys helping others. If you have excellent communication skills, are able to work in a fast-paced environment, and can multitask with ease, we would love to hear from you.
