Clinical Governance Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Governance Professional to lead the clinical direction of our ADF Health Services business. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on clinical governance, quality and risk management to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care.

About this role:

This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the clinical and operational ADF environment. You will work closely with the General Manager Clinical Governance and the broader Leadership Team to deliver core clinical governance activities required under the Contract.

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the ADF Health Services Contract
  • Represent Bupa at the highest level of clinical leadership both within Bupa and with our clients
  • Support the ADF Leadership Team with expert clinical advice to embed quality care across all service delivery and continuous improvement activities
Required skills and qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA
  • Extensive experience in clinical governance, quality and risk management
  • In-depth understanding of the clinical and operational ADF environment
  • Proven capability in leading clinical improvement initiatives and implementing new models of care
