About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and guiding individuals towards sustainable employment. The Employment Facilitator plays a pivotal role in case management, focusing on stabilising non-vocational issues and enhancing vocational skills and experience.

This role involves identifying suitable job opportunities, conducting group-based job search sessions, and developing positive relationships with customers, employers, and staff. To excel in this position, you must demonstrate a genuine passion for helping others find employment, possess strong administration skills, and meet individual targets while contributing to a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development and prior experience in the employment services or call centre industry. If not already certified, they should be willing to obtain the necessary qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver case management services to support individuals in finding sustainable employment.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to discuss their progress and goals.
  • Develop and implement tailored action plans to address non-vocational barriers and enhance vocational skills.
  • Identify and secure suitable job opportunities through effective networking and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prior experience in the employment services or call centre industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
